Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-06-15
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and your rights under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and other applicable laws.
1. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and preferred language.
Booking and payment information: the classes you book, credits and packs you purchase, and payment records. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we receive confirmation and a record of the transaction but not your full card number.
Technical information: basic data needed to operate the site securely, such as session cookies.
Usage and analytics information: with your consent, we collect information about how the site is used — such as pages viewed and key actions like starting or completing a booking — so we can understand and improve the service. You control this through the cookie banner and can change your choice at any time. Analytics is handled by PostHog.
Error and diagnostic information: to keep the site reliable, we collect technical information about errors and crashes. When an error occurs, this may include a short replay of the on-screen activity from that session, which helps us diagnose and fix the problem. Error monitoring is handled by Sentry and is configured not to attach your IP address.
2. How we use your information
To create and manage your account, process your bookings and payments, send you transactional messages (such as booking confirmations and receipts), and provide customer support.
To understand how the site is used, improve it, and monitor and fix technical problems.
To meet our legal and accounting obligations, and to keep the service secure.
3. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the service: with our payment processor (Stripe), our hosting and infrastructure providers, our product-analytics provider (PostHog), our error-monitoring provider (Sentry), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Some of these providers, including PostHog and Sentry, store and process information on servers located outside Québec, including in the United States.
4. Retention
We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active and as required to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When you ask us to close your account, your profile is disabled and hidden, while certain records (such as past invoices) are retained as required by law.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where applicable. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to notify you of any incident as required by law.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force.
